The District wants to extend a warm welcome to our new Director Rolando Saldana. Mr. Saldana was recently appointed by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors to represent Division 4 of the Leucadia Wastewater District. He will be sworn in at the December 14, 2022 Board meeting.
Mr. Saldana has been resident of Carlsbad for 30-years and is motivated to represent our community. Mr. Saldana holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and is a Professional Member of the California State University, Long Beach College of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council.
