Today, try to Imagine a Day Without Water. This national education campaign is the seventh annual day to raise awareness and educate America about the value of water.
No water to drink, or wash your hands with. No water to shower, flush the toilet, or do laundry. Hospitals would close without water. Firefighters couldn't put out fires and farmers couldn't water their crops. Disease would spread.

You may have heard of the oil spill in Orange County, causing roughly 126,000 gallons of oil to gush into the Catalina Channel, creating a slick that spanned about 8,320 acres.
This is an environmental catastrophe, killing fish and birds and threatening ecologically sensitive wetlands.
Assessment teams are checking our coastlines in San Diego County for any visible signs of oil.
Much clearer disposal information for wet wipes is coming to a shelf near you! After years of legislative work, Assembly Bill 818 has been signed into law by the Governor! This bill establishes the strongest “Do Not Flush” wipes labeling & public education requirements in the country. This is a huge win for consumers, infrastructure, for the environment, and for the wastewater sector!
